Sara brings more than fifteen years of  experience and extensive expertise in the planning, architectural design  solutions and documentation of technically demanding buildings and  renovation projects. She has successfully administrated many carefully phased projects, attesting to her ability to work effectively with  owners, users, consultants and contractors.
As  firm's lead architect and principal, Sara is committed to open  communication, collaboration, and a genuine respect for team members'  ideas. She leads project teams with client's goals, vision and budget at  the forefront. Sara  delivers complex designs for a broad spectrum of building and project  types.  Her designs integrate technical requirements with aspirational  goals,  combining the best elements of traditional architecture and  modern aesthetics, underlined by sustainability  principles, function,  social and cultural awareness and style.
Many  of the projects she has worked on have involved development of complex  architectural solutions in new construction, extensive renovations and  restorations. Her extensive experience  also include major renovation and restoration projects in Ontario including restorations of historic buildings such as the R.C. Harris Water Plant and the Casa Loma in Toronto.
Sara  is registered with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and a  National Council of  Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) certified architect. Holders of NCARB Certification  are entitled to reciprocal  licensure in all Canadian Provinces as well  as 55 U.S. jurisdictions.  NCARB Certification can also be used to  support registration in Mexico,  Australia and New Zealand.
Alireza Panahi

Alireza has more than 20 years of experience in research, team management and publishing. An active participant in all phases of project development from on‐site design through construction, he manages projects from programming to construction documents, and from construction administration through project close‐out. Serving as the firm’s project director, Alireza is the coordinator in charge of project successes and client satisfaction, as well as the firm’s overall performance.
With extensive academic background, Alireza utilizes research, problem-solving and design-related research techniques to understand how the built environment can optimize and enhance the human experience.


Staff

A team of dedicated technical Support Staff assist with drafting, deliverables preparation, document production, information coordination as well as administration in all our projects.
